A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pediatric Care Manager (RN) in Laredo. The Pediatric Care Manager (RN) would be working for a Major Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential.
Pediatric Care Manager (RN) Highlights:
??? Schedule: Monday???Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM with possibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
??? Pay Range: $40-48 Hourly, plus mileage reimbursement
??? Field/hybrid role: requires travel to member home for in person visit lasting 2-4 hours long. Travel can be up to 2 hours one way.
Pediatric Care Manager (RN) Responsibilities:
??? Prepare for member visits by gathering information utilizing the Electronic Medical Record system, including review of diagnoses, medications, and recent authorizations
??? Complete in-person member visits including Initial Assessments, Change in Condition visits, MDCP assessments, and Level 3 reassessments
??? Travel to member homes for visits lasting approximately 2???4 hours; travel may be up to 2 hours one way
??? Submit assessments within 24 hours of visit completion
??? Initiate service requests within 3 business days and complete all other documentation within 5 business days
??? Transition members to the appropriate permanent care manager/service coordinator within 15 business days
??? Complete assigned tasks within required turnaround times and work process expectations
??? Collaborate with a highly supportive and member-focused care management team
??? Maintain accountability, flexibility, and responsiveness to member needs and team priorities
Pediatric Care Manager (RN) Qualifications:
??? Required Education: RN ASN, BSN, or MSN
??? Required Licensure: Active RN license
