HomeWell Care Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Care Manager to join our growing team serving the Marietta and Cobb County area. The Care Manager will play a key role in overseeing caregiver staff, coordinating client care, and managing daily scheduling operations to ensure clients receive exceptional in-home care services.


Responsibilities include managing caregiver schedules and shift coverage, supervising and supporting caregivers, conducting client assessments, maintaining care plans, coordinating services with families, handling staffing needs, and ensuring all services meet HomeWell standards and state regulations. This position requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:
 • Minimum of 4 years of experience in home care, healthcare, case management, staffing, or senior services required
• Experience conducting client assessments and developing individualized care plans required
• Experience managing caregivers or healthcare staff preferred
• Strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle urgent staffing situations
• Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of state regulations and best practices for home care services preferred

Preferred Experience:
  • Former Care Manager, Client Care Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, Office Manager, or Branch Manager in a home care agency
  • Experience with Home Care Pulse, WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities
One requirement I would definitely add

Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent staffing or client care needs when necessary. Candidate must live within 10 miles of zip code 30339.

HomeWell Care Services proudly serves families throughout the Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, and surrounding Cobb County communities.  
Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
