AS A CARDIOVASCULAR RADIOLOGICAL TECHNICIAN
Under the direction of a qualified physician, you will assist in the performance of cardiovascular studies and interventional procedures, resulting in accurate diagnosis and/or treatment of heart disease while promoting maximum patient safety and comfort.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Certificate Program
- Graduate of a Certificate or Degree Granting Program or Post-Secondary Educational Program in Health Science
Includes but not limited to:
• Cardiovascular Technology
• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Radiologic Technology
• Paramedic
- Required Associates Degree from an Accredited School of Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology
Preferred Qualifications
- RCIS Certification within 2 years of hire
REQUIREDS
- Previous Interventional and/or Diagnostic Cath Lab Experience
- Preferred
SKILLS
- Healthcare Provider BLS Certification
- Participation in Department on Call Schedule
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of start date
