Additionally, we offer top-tier orthopedic services, minimally invasive robotic surgeries, critical emergency care, stroke treatment, labor and delivery services, and a variety of other medical offerings.

We are currently in search of a skilled Cath Lab Manager who values teamwork, excellence, and a patient-focused approach. This role involves overseeing the operations of the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), Cardiovascular Catheterization Labs, and Cardiac Diagnostic services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and administration of the Cardiovascular Cath Labs and Cardiac Diagnostics.
  • Establish and uphold the highest standards of care while fostering positive relationships with physicians, patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
  • Oversee budget management and productivity goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines, care standards, and organizational policies.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effective care delivery.
  • Select and manage professional staff within the department.
  • Coordinate professional activities across departments and serve as a resource for staff and management.
  • Assume financial accountability for the department.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
  • Licensure/Certification: Must be either a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Critical Care RN (CCRN), or an Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional with RCVT certification.
  • BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training:

  • Demonstrated clinical experience in relevant administrative areas, with proficiency in management principles and decision-making that influence practice scope and laboratory operations.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential.

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services is preferred.
