Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Cardiology

Rock Hill, SC | Outpatient Cardiology | Monday–Friday | No Call

Carolina Cardiology Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiovascular team in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

This is a full-time outpatient cardiology opportunity offering a Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities. Providers work alongside a collaborative team of board-certified cardiologists and experienced APPs while caring for patients across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in the outpatient setting
  • Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
  • Manage medications and provide patient education
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centered cardiovascular care

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active, unrestricted South Carolina license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Two or more years of cardiovascular APP experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
