Palm Health Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing surgical program. This is a permanent opportunity offering strong guaranteed compensation, excellent support infrastructure, and a clear pathway to partnership.

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Northern Florida

Experience Required: 10+ years post-fellowship

Clinical Focus: Full-spectrum adult cardiac surgery required; thoracic surgery required. Vascular experience welcomed but not required.

Schedule & Call

• Call: 1 in 3 rotations
• Call coverage limited to a single hospital
• Balanced surgical, inpatient, and perioperative responsibilities

Partnership Track

• Eligible for partnership after 3 years
• Long-term stability with structured progression into ownership role

Support & Resources

• Dedicated full-time Physician Assistant supporting:
  • Clinic operations
  • Inpatient rounding
  • Surgical assist
  • Administrative and clinical workflow
• Strong hospital and OR support team
• Streamlined perioperative infrastructure to support high-acuity cardiac care

Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Year 1: 30 days
• Year 2: 32 days
• Year 3 and beyond: 35 days
• PTO caps at 35 days even after partnership
