What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Board Certification in Cardiology
- Valid PA license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong proficiency in interpreting Echos, Holters, Stress Tests (including Nucs), EKGs, and consults
- Experience with stress testing, TEEs, and cardioversions
- Ability to read and interpret studies accurately
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Ideal but Not Mandatory:
- Certification in CTA reading
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Additional certifications or training in advanced cardiac procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Prior clinical experience in hospital-based cardiology, particularly in non-invasive procedures
- Proven track record of working with adult patient populations (18+)
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 1-2 weeks of work per month, with weekend and night coverage as needed
- Willingness to support staff alongside an MD and APP
- Credentialing within 90 days, with temporary license options available
- Ability to work day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00
