Schedule: Full Time

Start Bonus: $5,000

Productivity Incentives: RVU

CME Allowance: $2,000

Relocation Allowance: $10,000

What You Will Do:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated PA/NP to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Time will be shared between clinic and hospital. Rotation is St. Mary's Ozaukee, St. Mary's Milwaukee and All Saints for clinic days.  No weekends and no call.
  • Collaborate closely with the team that also works with our interventional and structural cardiology team.
  • Lead Personalized Patient Care: Partner closely with our dedicated physicians to expand personalized primary care services, focusing on the diagnosis and comprehensive management of a diverse range of acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies. Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
  • Facilitate Holistic Treatment: Provide effective direct treatment and coordinate seamless patient management, including strategic referrals to specialty care providers and relevant community resources.
  • Empower Through Education: Act as a trusted resource, counseling and educating patients and their families/caregivers about preventative health strategies, appropriate treatment options, and maximizing community support.
  • Document delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.

Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
