Job Summary:
Work schedule: This is a casual position. Casual employees work on an as needed basis to meet the needs of the business. Work days/hours will often vary from week to week. Must work 2, 8-hour shifts per month.
To provide safe and effective exercise and to provide quality care to adult clients involved in the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Admission assessment completed upon arrival to the unit and based upon identified patient needs.
Formulation of initial exercise plan to include physical needs, stated patient goals, and discharge plan.
Assesses the patient's tolerance to activity/learning opportunities.
Implements and documents actual plan of care.
Demonstrates use of other health team members in planning participant outcomes.
Demonstrates ability to maintain area updated on current trends on the field of exercise science.
