Role Overview:
As a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist, you will assist in specialized cardiac procedures, supporting the cardiology team to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in cardiac catheterization or a related field
- Ohio Radiologic Tech license
- Proficiency in Meditech electronic medical records system
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and adhere to safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or ARRT
- Experience with diverse cardiac interventions or imaging techniques
- Prior experience in a hospital setting similar to the facility environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Radiologic Technology degree or equivalent accredited training
- Prior work experience in a cardiovascular lab setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:00am, with potential for overtime and on-call duties
