Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a specialized setting, specifically in interventional or diagnostic Cath labs
- Proven experience with Structural Heart procedures and ECMO requirements
- Proficiency in procedures such as Left and Right Heart Catheters, High-Risk PCI, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, and Structural Heart interventions
- Current AHA BLS certification
- ARRT or RCIS certification
- Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited technology program (CVT, Radiology)
- Strong knowledge of cath lab equipment, modalities, and protocols
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and procedural knowledge
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications related to cardiac or vascular interventions
- Experience with advanced devices like EKOS systems
- Knowledge of EMCO procedures and peripheral interventions
- Prior experience working in high-volume or high-acuity cardiac labs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- An associate degree in health sciences or related field
- 2-4 years of specialized interventional/diagnostic cath lab experience
- Hands-on experience with high-risk and structural heart procedures
Other Requirements:
- Must maintain current certifications, including BLS and RCIS or ARRT
- Willingness to work a schedule from Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- Travel or licensure reimbursements available when applicable
