Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Health System.

Additional Details:
You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with neuro thrombectomies. Coil embolization / Rotablator. Ablations / Peripherals / Venous access. Required equipment experience: Philips single plane/bi plane, Inari, Penumbra, Pounce, Impella, IABP, ultrasound, CSI, Shockwave, Rotablade, IVUS (Boston, Philips), Carto, Abbott, and X-Per.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred experience: invasive cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, IR, neuro intervention, pacemakers, and EKG. Teaching hospital experience
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Unit performs invasive cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, IR, and neuro intervention cases. Daily caseload: 12-20.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required every 4th day and 1 weekend per month. Holiday requirement: 2 major and 1 minor. Weekend required
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
