Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Additional Details:
1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. Seeking scrub technologist specializing in Cath Lab.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience in specialty preferred.
Preferred Credentials: Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred.
Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. All RTO must be included at time of submission. Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement can be discussed with manager. Call is required. Flexible contract hours: 36 for 12’s, 40 for 8/10’s.
Floating Requirements: Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles).
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
