Job responsibilities:

-Manages and supports the daily operations of the Card Services department and provides technical support for card products.

-Responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing, fraud monitoring, dispute resolution and compliance with regulations.

-Completes daily card operations and ATM management

-Reconciles daily card transactions, manages settlements, and handles general ledger postings

-Investigates fraudulent activity, chargebacks and resolve member transaction disputes

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m..

 

Required knowledge/experience:

Strong knowledge of card processing, disputes, fraud prevention, and Regulation E.

Understanding of Credit Union policies

Experience in card operations, payments, or financial services

Experience with Velera (formerly PSCU/Co-op Solutions) or similar card processor preferred.
