Car Wash Sales Representative

Shift Availability

Days (Weekdays + Weekend Availability Required)

Time Type: Part time

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years. Customer Service & Sales experience

Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training

Education Desired: Associate's Degree

Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
• Understand car wash packages and "Unlimited" program details
• Be knowledgeable of competitor offerings and prices
• Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
• Suggestively sell "Unlimited" carwash subscriptions, or upsell customers on car wash packages
• Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars
• Cover the wash bay when needed
