Position overview:
We are looking for a motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of the car wash, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment that delivers excellent customer service and meets company performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure car wash is operating efficiently and safely
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment
- Assist customers with issues or questions regarding the wash process
- Keep the car was tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized
- Restock chemicals with company policies and safety standards
Skills & Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferred
- Previous car wash automotive service experience preferred
- Leadership and training experience required
- Mechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance
- Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule
- Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Ability to manage, train, and coach a team
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License
