Assistant Manager - Hop in Car Wash

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the car wash facility
- Assist in supervising staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and adhere to safety protocols
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal operation
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to staff
- Help implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Support inventory management and cash handling procedures

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or automotive service industry preferred

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
