Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they visit the showroom, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to understand their automotive goals.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our vehicle inventory, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
- A positive attitude and a driven, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of customers.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and sales processes.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
