Summary
The Capture Manager supports organizational growth by gathering business intelligence; identifying business opportunities; collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders; and developing capture strategies that secure new and recompete contracts. This role shapes and executes enterprise-scale capture strategies across the pre-award lifecycle and ensures continuity between capture and proposal execution.

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of capture management experience.
Proven success leading captures and securing $50M+ large programs
Experience leveraging a variety of contract vehicles and alternative acquisition pathways.
Preferred Requirements
Proven experience working complex, enterprise level bids
Domain knowledge of any of the following:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)
Knowledge- Knowledge of industry leading capture and proposal methodologies such as Shipley. Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types (e.g., non-IDIQ, IDIQ), and payment methodologies (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost-plus).
Skill- Leadership skills in managing high-stakes, multi-disciplinary bid teams in fast-paced environments.
Ability-Exemplary business development acumen, with a history of achieving or exceeding challenging capture goals and quotas.

Standard office setting with typical lighting, temperature, and equipment. Work involves frequent research, collaboration, and initiative management within fast-paced cycles.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, review documents, conduct digital research, and manage several concurrent tasks.
