Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Pay range: $55/hr - $60/hr W2

Schedule: Mon - Fri PST hours

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting the administration and execution of sales incentive compensation programs. The position involves developing and maintaining commission plans, ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts, and providing analytical support to help drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, finance, accounting, and human resources teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process for calculating and distributing sales commissions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain sales performance data to support commission calculations and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate commission payouts, resolving discrepancies and responding to payout inquiries as needed.
  • Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commission accruals to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commission processes and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams regarding incentive compensation plans and commission-related processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using CaptivateIQ (Incentive Compensation Management system) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the technology and/or advertising industry is a plus.
