Pay Range: The UMass Presidents Office expects to pay within an approximate hiring range between $90,000 - $110,000 for this position. The specific pay for this position will be determined by the University based on consideration of all relevant factors when and if it decides to extend an offer of employment.
Primary Work Location: Charles River Campus of UMass Amherst. Hybrid work schedule.
Job Summary: The University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA) Capital Project Team oversees UMBAs capital projects on the five UMass campuses from concept through project close-out.
The Capital Projects PMIS Program Administrator works as part of a motivated team reporting to the Director of Capital Projects and will be responsible for monitoring and assisting with the implementation of the UMBAs capital programs on the University of Massachusetts campuses.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience): Applicants must have at least (A) five (5) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, or administrative experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Computer Science, of which (B) at least one (1) year must have been in a project management, supervisory or managerial capacity or (C) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below.
I. Certificate or Associates degree in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required (A) experience. II. Bachelors degree or higher in a related field may be substituted for three (3) years of the required (A) experience.
