Job Description:

At Regions, the Credit Products Real Estate Portfolio Analyst works to monitor loan and property performance and key performance indicators and assists with asset management and servicing of a real estate loan portfolio. This group provides client-specific off-balance sheet financing solutions through its various Agency Products - Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.

The Credit Products Real Estate Portfolio Analyst is responsible for assisting in the monitoring and managing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans to ensure optimal performance and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyzing property-level financials, conducting surveillance, and assisting with servicing matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitates portfolio surveillance to effectively monitor loan and property performance
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributes to the property watch list process for problem assets
  • Analyzes property-level financial statements and rent rolls for accuracy and performance trends
  • Validates accuracy and assess property condition through property inspection reviews
  • Assists with loan asset management and servicing matters, including: Payoffs and prepayments, Estoppels, lease reviews, and SNDAs, Reserves, escrows, draw requests, and cash management, Easements, financial reporting, inspections, post-closing items, and borrower requests
  • Collaborates with loan asset management to proactively identify problem loans and develop monitoring plans
  • Ensures customer data is accurate in the appropriate system of record
  • Manages customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or a related field

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and responsiveness
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Understanding of all aspects of loan servicing functions

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$53,299.21 USD

Median:

$77,700.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
