Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Project Manager to support large transformations across the investment bank, managing technology change initiatives while applying deep capital markets trade lifecycle knowledge.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead project management activities across large-scale transformation initiatives
- Manage technology change initiatives and drive adoption across stakeholder groups
- Apply capital markets trade lifecycle knowledge to inform project scope and delivery
- Conduct business analysis to identify requirements and gaps
- Support investment banking technology modernization efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through change management processes
- Monitor project health, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in technology project management
- Demonstrated capital markets knowledge and trade lifecycle expertise
- Strong background in investment banking environments
- Expertise in technology change management and organizational transformation
- Proven business analysis capabilities
- Experience managing large, complex technology initiatives
- Ability to work in a hybrid on-site arrangement (3 days per week)
