Job Details

We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a practice focused on capital markets and public company representation. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of securities offerings, regulatory compliance, and strategic corporate transactions, with the opportunity to work closely with both issuers and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Advise public and private companies, financial institutions, and investors on capital markets transactions
Support securities offerings and related transactional work, including drafting and negotiating key deal documents
Assist with ongoing regulatory reporting and compliance matters
Contribute to corporate governance and strategic advisory work
Work on complex transactions, including mergers and other strategic corporate initiatives

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in capital markets and corporate transactions
Strong background in securities offerings and public company representation
Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks
Exposure to cross-border transactions or strategic deals is a plus
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Requirements

Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm or comparable environment
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
