Compensation:

Capital Leadership Advisors are a core tier of our ecosystem—providing executive-level strategic, operational, and capital guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors, while benefiting from earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the network.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Leadership Advisors to deliver leadership-level advisory on fund strategy, capital markets, and portfolio growth initiatives.
This is not traditional employment; Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Capital Leadership Advisors:
Provide executive guidance on fund formation, capital strategy, and operational optimization
Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening internal expertise and execution capabilities
Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for senior operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions and scaling investment platforms.
Approved Advisors may:
Advise fund managers and sponsors on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning
Support structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy for deals
Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution
Provide portfolio advisory, operational insights, and value creation guidance
Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Focus is on executive-level strategic guidance and leadership in capital deployment. Day-to-day modeling is handled by analysts unless approved.
Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications
Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy
Portfolio optimization and operational advisory
Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts
Investor relations and network strategy
Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated leadership in real transactions and capital initiatives.
Advisors are independent contractors
Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope
Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals
Payments issued upon successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure
No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

Complete verification and category approval
Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin advisory engagements with funds, sponsors, and analysts
Ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to high-impact capital opportunities.
Capital Leadership Advisors do not:
Provide investment advice to the public
Solicit securities
Market investments outside approved channels
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work focuses on strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal support, in compliance with securities laws.
Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund executives with leadership experience in capital transactions
Experienced operators or founders with strong deal networks
Senior advisors who can mentor analysts and scouts and influence deal execution
Professionals seeking high-level advisory roles with portfolio and transaction exposure
Direct access to fund managers, investors, and live deal flow
Monetize expertise without traditional employment constraints
Build reputation and credibility in a high-signal ecosystem
Mentor top-tier analysts and deal scouts, shaping the next generation
