Capital Introduction Specialists support investment and fund teams by identifying and introducing potential investors to investment opportunities, assisting with the capital raising process, and facilitating strategic relationships.
The role emphasizes investor engagement, relationship management, and coordination between fund managers and institutional or high-net-worth clients. Specialists work closely with fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio teams to drive investor participation and commitments.
Identify, research, and qualify potential investors for private funds, alternative investments, and institutional capital initiatives
Facilitate introductions between investors and fund managers or investment teams
Support the capital raising process by preparing pitch materials, presentations, and due diligence documentation
Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM or investor management platforms
Assist with investor onboarding, documentation, and capital commitment tracking
Monitor fundraising performance and provide insights to senior leadership on investor engagement trends
Collaborate with portfolio, operations, and investor relations teams to ensure timely and accurate investor communications
Organize and coordinate investor events, calls, and meetings to strengthen engagement
Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing introductions, pipeline activity, and investor insights
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in private capital, fundraising, and institutional investor engagement

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple investor relationships simultaneously
