Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.You'll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.Your Role He or she is responsible for the completion of a small or medium sized project, can lead a team, and develops a reputation for its specific domain expertise internally while building market visibility. He or she is involved in training delivery to share knowledge in the organization.Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model designFacilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisionsBuild board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and valueIntegrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategiesTranslate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approachesCoach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelinesYour Skills + Experience 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consultingStrong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmapsWorking knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implicationsAI landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrailsExecutive-ready communication and strong client presenceComfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environmentsExperience of working with business and IT teams in shaping and undertaking Agile and Product transformation programs; creating Agile transformation Blueprints and Roadmaps, while linking technology to business outcomesHands-on experience of introducing and embedding scaled Agile and/or Product Management practicesExperience in designing Agile Value Stream operating models and Product-Centric designs for large, complex organizationsA proven coaching, training and mentoring skillset in Agile delivery and Agile rolloutOne or more industry certifications in Lean-Agile transformation, across SAFe, DAD, LeSS or Agile Coaching (ICAgile), SPCs from SAFe preferredCompensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $127,500-$249,350. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on multiple permitted factors, including geography, education, certifications, experience, and performance. These may include, but are not limited to: geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
