Role Overview
Mission To build and strengthen Riverstones carrier network by developing high-quality partnerships that enable reliable scalable final mile andor middle mile delivery.
Core Objective Drive carrier sourcing onboarding and retention by building strong relationships ensuring operational alignment and supporting consistent high-performance execution across the network. Operating at the intersection of carrier development and operations this role focuses on building long-term partnerships negotiating effectively and ensuring carriers are set up for success within the RLX network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish expand and maintain relationships with carriers. Through strong relationships with carriers the primary goal is to secure capacity that strategically fits within RLXs network of Customers. This role requires excellent negotiation skills a customer focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Own the responsibility of ensuring every applicable customer load is covered with a vetted carrier within SLA or customer specific requirements.
Utilize RLXs technology stack to make informed decisions on carrier selection carrier rates with customer service first in mind.
Navigate RLXs TMS Transportation Management Systems and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks. To manage the lifecycle of the shipment from Tendered Status through Billing Status.
Adhere to all RLX processes procedures and standards Carrier selection carrier tracking max pay carrier compliance standards etc.
Serve as the carrier facing point of contact for all carrier-side issues and escalations including service failures accessorials detentions breakdowns and any disruptions in transit.
As the primary owner of carrier relationships assist in the collection of PODs invoices and supporting documentation from assigned carriers to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Minimum Qualifications Education Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1 year of logistics experience in any brokerage transportation or supply chain role. Or equivalent work experience education or training.
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills.
