Location: Madison, WI

Compensation: $60,000 Base + Personal Bonuses + Monthly Override Year 1 Earnings: $100,000+

What You'll Do

• Recruit & Build Your Team: Hire and develop a team of 10–15 canvassers. Constantly bring in new talent to fuel growth.
• Train for Performance: Own initial onboarding and ongoing development. Sharpen skills, scripts, and confidence daily.
• Drive Results: Maximize team output—knocks, sets, and issued appointments. Hold the standard and elevate performance across the board.
• Create a Winning Culture: Build a competitive, high-energy, positive environment. Recognize wins, coach through losses, and keep the team pushing forward.
• Lead by example in the field—your team follows your energy

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: Afternoon & Evening shifts
• Friday: Make-up / optional day
• Saturday: Field day (key production day)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of canvassing experience
• Proven ability (or strong desire) to lead and develop people
• High energy, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and retain a team
• Someone who wants to win—and wants their team to win even more

Leadership experience is a big plus—but attitude, drive, and work ethic matter more.
