Zooby Neighborhood Superheroes is growing, and we're looking for a Canvassing Manager to build and lead a high-performing field marketing team that generates appointments for our home improvement divisions, including roofing, painting, siding, fencing, windows, and other residential services.
This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who can recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers and appointment setters while helping create a repeatable lead generation system throughout the San Antonio market.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire canvassers and appointment setters
- Train new team members on scripts, objection handling, and lead generation
- Develop daily and weekly territory plans
- Lead field training and ride-alongs
- Monitor performance and coach team members
- Track appointments, leads, and conversion metrics
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
- Work closely with sales and operations teams
- Help build the canvassing department from the ground up
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Build an initial canvassing team
- Establish territory assignments
- Implement daily performance tracking
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified appointments
