Candidate Experience Coordinator

We're looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, and excited to build a career in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business operations.
As the first point of contact for candidates, employees, clients, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping job seekers connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
This position may report to either our Greensboro or High Point office location based on business needs.
No staffing experience? That's okay. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience
- Welcome candidates, employees, clients, and visitors to our office.
- Help applicants navigate the online application and onboarding process.
- Answer questions and provide support throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure every interaction is positive, professional, and welcoming.
Be a Problem Solver
- Assist candidates with login issues, passwords, and application troubleshooting.
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and inquiries from applicants, employees, and customers.
- Listen carefully to concerns and help find solutions or connect individuals with the appropriate resource.
- Support candidates through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience.
Support Recruiting & Hiring Efforts
- Partner with recruiters to help connect qualified candidates with open opportunities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
- Assist with candidate communications, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within company systems.
Learn Valuable HR & Recruiting Skills
- Become a subject matter expert on our hiring, onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee onboarding activities.
- Support background screening and drug testing processes when needed.
- Develop knowledge and experience that can serve as a foundation for future growth within recruiting, human resources, operations, or branch leadership.
Represent Our Brand
- Promote employee referral programs and community engagement initiatives.
- Encourage positive candidate and employee feedback.
- Serve as a professional and positive ambassador for the company both in person and online.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Friendly, professional, and people-focused personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative support, staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR-related software.

Status: Full-Time, Regular
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (Non-Exempt)
