Position Overview
Campus Technicians are the escalated point of contact for all technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely. They serve as team members by providing on-site technical support for those items escalated. Campus Technicians are also responsible for providing a consolidated point of contact for Kiewit employees with technical support needs. Campus Technicians also assist with remote support of Kiewit employees with technical needs. This position supports and assists with implementing Kiewit Technology Group policies and procedures. They must be self-managing and make sound business decisions to deliver projects on time and under budget.
