Job Summary
The Store Associate supports the daily operations of the campus store by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring an organized, welcoming retail environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining product displays, and helping with inventory and store upkeep. The Store Associate also contributes to operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, stocking merchandise, and supporting the training of student workers. This role is essential in ensuring that customers receive friendly, efficient service and that store operations run smoothly.

LOCATION: Trenton, Missouri-Main Campus

Qualifications:
Education: High school Diploma or GED.
Experience: Combination of education and work experience; prefer customer service experience.
Skills: Proficient in operating a computer, cash register, money handling, and customer service. Must be able to communicate effectively.
Physical Demands: Lifting or moving up to a 50lb.; standing for extended periods of time; moving about between buildings on the NCMC campus; ascending and descending stairs; reaching, pulling, and pushing; lifting above head; climbing a step stool or small ladder; able to do repetitive tasks.
Environmental Demands: moving indoors and outdoors between buildings, working in dust and storage spaces.
