Position InformationMissouri Baptist University is looking to hire a Spirit Store Manager. This is a full-time position. Under the supervision of the Vice President for Business Affairs, the Spirit Store Manager oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and customer experience of the campus spirit store, ensuring effective inventory management, vendor coordinator, marketing, and student staff supervision to support institutional engagement, revenue goals and distinctive brand.Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, customer service, cash handling, and compliance with institutional policies and procedures; monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goalsManage inventory lifecycle including purchasing, receiving, tracking, reconciliation, and stock optimization; minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory records.Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns; collaborate with campus partners to increase engagement and drive sales through events and outreachEstablish and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing and terms; research, select, and price merchandise aligned with institutional branding and customer demand.
