We are looking for a Campus Recruiting Talent Acquisition-Operations. This position is located remotely within the United States. You'll make an impact by: Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruiting strategies specifically targeting operations-focused programs and academic institutions. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target schools to enhance Siemens' brand and presence. Source & Engage: Proactively identify and connect with high-potential students for internships, co-ops, and development program opportunities. Event Management: Plan and execute engaging campus recruiting events, career fairs, information sessions, and technical workshops. Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding. Collaborate & Advise: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and recruiting best practices. Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruiting efforts. Brand Ambassador: Act as a passionate ambassador for Siemens, showcasing our innovative culture, career development opportunities, and commitment to sustainability. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting 3+ years of recruiting for technical, engineering, or operations-oriented roles (e.g., manufacturing, skilled trades, field service, supply chain). 3+ years of experience with campus recruiting best practices, trends, and technologies. 3+ years of experience working in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Ability and willingness to travel frequently during peak recruiting seasons (e.g., Fall Campus recruiting) Authorized to work in the US without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: An Associate's or Trade-school degree, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
