What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee all daily operations including admissions, education, student salon, student services, front desk, and administration
Create a culture of accountability, motivation, and collaboration
Ensure excellence and consistency in curriculum delivery
Drive student attendance, retention, and overall success
Coach, recognize, and develop team members for long-term growth
Set and achieve enrollment, retention, and placement goals
Partner with corporate leadership through weekly performance reporting
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of leadership or management experience (education preferred, not required)
A proven people-leader who motivates through respect and recognition
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a team-first approach
Alignment with The Beauty Institute’s culture, mission, and vision
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
