The Basic Needs and Civic Engagement Coordinator will support student success at Montana Technological University by managing daily operations of the campus food pantry and Campus Closet, receiving and distributing resources, maintaining inventory, and merging the Career and Casual Closet into one cohesive space. The member will recruit, train, and coordinate student leaders, organize workshops on food security and resource access, and promote civic engagement through social media and campus outreach. They will build relationships with local nonprofits, food banks, and community organizations by coordinating donation drives and connecting students to housing support and food assistance. The member will also plan and lead service projects for Tech students. By year's end, the member will have established lasting data systems, training resources, and community partnerships that continue to benefit Montana Tech students beyond their term.
