The VISTA will lead volunteer recruitment and promotional efforts through stakeholder outreach, marketing, collaboration, and community events. This includes targeted support for the ETSU IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, including logistics coordination and outcome tracking.
Finally, the VISTA will provide communication, data collection, and logistics support to job readiness and housing assistance programs at the Salvation Army.
