Ark Resource Group is partnering with a leading national nonprofit organization to identify a Campaign Fundraising Director<\/b> to lead the Visionaries of the Year & Student Visionaries of the Year<\/b> campaigns across South Florida.
<\/p>
This is not a traditional fundraising role.
<\/p>
This is a high -energy, relationship -driven campaign<\/b> where you will work directly with emerging leaders, young professionals, and student candidates<\/b> to help them compete in a fast -paced fundraising competition—building teams, securing sponsorships, and driving mission impact.

What You’ll Be Driving:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>
Campaign Leadership<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead the execution of Visionaries & Student Visionaries fundraising campaigns
<\/li> - Guide candidates (young professionals & students) through structured fundraising competitions
<\/li> - Drive revenue growth through team -based and peer -to -peer fundraising efforts
<\/li><\/ul>Relationship & Network Development<\/b>
<\/p>- Build partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, schools, and community leaders
<\/li> - Recruit high -potential campaign candidates and team participants
<\/li> - Expand campaign visibility across Miami -Dade and Broward markets
<\/li><\/ul>Coaching & Mentorship<\/b>
<\/p>- Coach candidates on fundraising strategies, outreach, and storytelling
<\/li> - Support participants in building their own fundraising teams and networks
<\/li> - Provide ongoing guidance to maximize engagement and results
<\/li><\/ul>Event & Community Engagement<\/b>
<\/p>- Coordinate campaign events, kickoff meetings, and recognition celebrations
<\/li> - Represent the organization at networking events and community functions
<\/li> - Create a strong, visible presence in the local market
<\/li><\/ul>Strategy & Execution<\/b>
<\/p>- Develop and manage campaign timelines, goals, and performance tracking
<\/li> - Ensure campaigns exceed fundraising targets through active engagement and follow -up
<\/li> - Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and mission delivery
<\/li><\/ul>What We’re Looking For:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- 5–8+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or event -driven roles
<\/li> - Strong ability to connect with young professionals, students, and community leaders<\/b>
<\/li> - Experience in competitive fundraising, sponsorship sales, or event -based campaigns<\/b> (highly preferred)
<\/li> - Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue or engagement goals
<\/li> - High energy, outgoing personality, and strong networking skills
<\/li> - Ability to coach, motivate, and lead others toward performance goals
<\/li> - Self -driven and comfortable working in a fast -paced, results -oriented environment<\/b>

<\/h3>- Hybrid role with frequent local travel and in -person engagement
<\/li> - Evening and weekend availability required during campaign cycles
<\/li> - High interaction with candidates, volunteers, and community stakeholders
<\/li><\/ul>Compensation:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- 1099 Contract
<\/li> - Performance -driven compensation structure (base + incentives may be available depending on experience)
<\/li> - Strong upside based on campaign success and partnerships secured
