Campaign Fundraising Director – Visionaries & Student Visionaries of the Year (1099)

About This Opportunity:
Ark Resource Group is partnering with a leading national nonprofit organization to identify a Campaign Fundraising Director to lead the Visionaries of the Year & Student Visionaries of the Year campaigns across South Florida.
This is not a traditional fundraising role.
This is a high-energy, relationship-driven campaign where you will work directly with emerging leaders, young professionals, and student candidates to help them compete in a fast-paced fundraising competition—building teams, securing sponsorships, and driving mission impact.

What You’ll Be Driving:
Campaign Leadership
- Lead the execution of Visionaries & Student Visionaries fundraising campaigns
- Guide candidates (young professionals & students) through structured fundraising competitions
- Drive revenue growth through team-based and peer-to-peer fundraising efforts
Relationship & Network Development
- Build partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, schools, and community leaders
- Recruit high-potential campaign candidates and team participants
- Expand campaign visibility across Miami-Dade and Broward markets
Coaching & Mentorship
- Coach candidates on fundraising strategies, outreach, and storytelling
- Support participants in building their own fundraising teams and networks
- Provide ongoing guidance to maximize engagement and results
Event & Community Engagement
- Coordinate campaign events, kickoff meetings, and recognition celebrations
- Represent the organization at networking events and community functions
- Create a strong, visible presence in the local market
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, goals, and performance tracking
- Ensure campaigns exceed fundraising targets through active engagement and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and mission delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or event-driven roles
- Strong ability to connect with young professionals, students, and community leaders
- Experience in competitive fundraising, sponsorship sales, or event-based campaigns (highly preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue or engagement goals
- High energy, outgoing personality, and strong networking skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and lead others toward performance goals
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Compensation:
- 1099 Contract
- Performance-driven compensation structure (base + incentives may be available depending on experience)
- Strong upside based on campaign success and partnerships secured
