POSITION SUMMARY:

The Campaigns Content Operations team drives the program management workstream across Global Marketing's Campaigns Center of Excellence (CCOE).
Our team's passion and purpose is to achieve foundational success through a highly scalable and interlocking global framework, that is fueled by an "always on" approach to standardizing and centralizing the delivery of globalized content to supercharge regional pipelines. Key partnerships include Content Strategy, Digital Integration, Localization, Solutions & Product Marketing, Channel Activation, and Regional marketing managers.
Content Operations is responsible for the streamlined processing of work spanning 20+ global markets and multiple languages; helping to bring buyer journeys to life across our client's full suite of solutions, including AI specialized products. At scale, this high volume, high velocity of work offers a wide range of exciting project types in complexity and impact. Best practices drive this team forward with a commitment to fun, focused effort, and foundational success.

As a Campaign Content Operations Manager, you will play a central role in the orchestration, processing, and delivery of global integrated marketing campaigns across our client’s buying journeys and product growth drivers. You are the operational backbone that connects content strategy to market activation, ensuring globalized content packs move seamlessly from conceptual development to localization to delivery for in-market promotion.
You will partner closely with campaign directors, content strategists, regional marketing teams, localization partners, web production, digital activation teams, and external agencies to keep campaigns on track, on time, and at the highest quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the globalization of integrated marketing content for clarity in scope, coordinating resource assignment (internal/external), and prioritization to drive timelines forward
  • Partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders including content strategists, digital integration, and channel teams, to align on project roadmaps and production timelines
  • Ability to manage Agency relationships and workflows for a seamless process
  • Maintaining operational excellence across interlocking marketing technologies and dashboards such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and AI integrated systems
  • Proactively exploring new ways of doing work that leverage AI and efficiency gains
  • Scheduling and leading status meetings, determining agendas, highlighting key milestones, and driving issue resolution
  • Monitoring and communicating progress made toward quarterly contribution goals, making adjustments where needed to stay on target

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of related corporate marketing and/or agency account management experience
  • Experience in project management of global B2B demand generation and marketing programs across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement integrated, streamlined marketing programs
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet) and an innovative mindset for adopting AI tools and marketing technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex global campaigns on time and within scope, including managing detailed schedules, cross-functional dependencies, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, with a talent for working across teams with different functional areas, communication styles, and priorities, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive campaign success
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships across content strategy, regional marketing, localization, digital activation, creative agencies, and vendor teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex information across multiple geographies, languages, and campaign deliverables while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, improve processes, and identify ways to optimize workflows, accelerate delivery timelines, and maintain operational governance at global scale
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences, facilitate clear conversations across global teams, and keep all partners aligned and informed
