Remote Alaska Camp

$500- $650/day USD

We are seeking a Camp Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and upkeep of a remote 25-person exploration-style camp located in Alaska. This is a hands-on role suited for someone mechanically inclined, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in rugged outdoor conditions for an extended period of time. The position will run from June through early August.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Operate, fuel, and maintain generators, propane appliances, and diesel heaters
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on camp equipment and systems
• Operate and maintain camp vehicles and machinery including skid steers, pickup trucks, and side-by-sides
• Complete general camp repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, structural, and mechanical work
• Support fuel storage, handling, and camp logistics safely and responsibly
• Assist with general camp labor and operational support as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and functional camp environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working independently in a remote outdoor setting
• Hands-on experience operating equipment and utility vehicles
• Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work in varying conditions
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support wherever needed
