What You’ll Do
As our Camera Supervisor – Plumbing Sales Division, you’ll lead Ideal’s camera inspection and sewer diagnostic operations — combining technical expertise with sales leadership.
A typical day might look like this:
- Training a junior technician on camera inspection best practices.
- Reviewing recorded footage to ensure every report meets Ideal’s standards.
- Educating a homeowner about what the camera found — helping them make a confident repair decision.
- Coordinating with our “Prep the Pipe” and “Lining Team” crews for CIPP jobs.
- Driving performance, professionalism, and profitability across the team.
You’ll be the bridge between technical precision and customer confidence — helping people understand their plumbing systems and trust your recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years experience in plumbing diagnostics or camera operation (RIDGID, Vivax, etc.)
- Proven success in residential plumbing sales or service leadership
- Strong communicator and closer — able to educate, not pressure
- Hands-on experience with drain systems, CIPP prep, and sewer inspection
- Professional appearance, detail-oriented mindset, and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces or outdoor environments
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar CRM software a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule
- Monday–Saturday (rotating 4-day schedule)
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Sundays for emergencies or high-demand days
Compensation & Benefits
