  • Do you turn complex prints into clean toolpaths and bulletproof setups?
  • Can you design fixtures in SolidWorks and document standard work that machinists love to run?
  • Are Mastercam/Hypermill and G-code editing part of your daily toolkit?
  • Have you shipped parts for aerospace, automotive, medical, or other regulated industries?

What you’ll tackle

  • Own programming for vertical and horizontal 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills, turning, and mill-turn
  • Partner with production engineering to build models, fixtures, and process documentation
  • Define machining steps, process controls, and best practices for repeatability
  • Design custom tooling/fixturing; select optimal cutting tools
  • Read and refine G-code to improve quality and cycle time
  • Drive projects from CAM to first article to production, meeting customer deadlines
  • Verify conformance using monitoring and measuring equipment

What sets you up for success

  • 5+ years of CNC experience in a controlled industry
  • MasterCAM and Hypermill proficiency (preferred)
  • SolidWorks experience (strongly preferred)
  • GD&T mastery and excellent print-reading
  • Hands-on CNC machining plus familiarity with measuring, handheld, and power tools
  • MS Office proficiency

Your toolkit & tech

  • Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
  • Plus: multi-axis mills (vertical/horizontal), turning, and mill-turn platforms
