Job Title: CAM Field Specialist Work Location: NEC CR 7 and CR 64, Wellington, Colorado, USA 80549 Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00/hour (depending on experience) Contract Duration: 12 months Additional Benefits: Per diem: $30/day Company vehicle provided Job Description: The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. Attain excellence in learning and competency events. Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. Mentor others as required. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services. Experience & Skills: Preferred backgrounds: Farm & ranch work Casing or well services experience (on-call environments especially valued) No formal oil & gas experience required, but can be helpful. Key Skills & Traits: Reliability (good attendance, answering phone, availability) Adaptability (willingness and ability to learn different wells, customers, rigs, schedules) Consistency Sociable/outgoing personality (frequent interaction with different crews) Education & Certification Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off rotation On-call 24/7 during on-rotation Calls may come at any time (midnight, early morning, etc.) Work Environment: Well sites and rigs Variable job types (long-duration operations vs short deliveries) Training: SLB provides all equipment training NEST training (local if available) and MVT in Kellyville, OK Interview Process: On-site interviews
