Call Handling, Specialist Compensation: pay $20.00/hr; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Call Handling, Specialist Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Monday–Friday between 7:00am–8:00pm CST (8-hr shifts / 40 hrs/week). Full-time remote. New hire training is 8:00am–5:00pm CST (mandatory attendance).
Call Handling, Specialist Responsibilities
Evaluate calls/cases against standard criteria; provide feedback and recognition
Accurately score transactions for quality performance
Monitor voice/non-voice quality and compliance; identify trends and improvement opportunities
Provide weekly/monthly trend analysis reporting to leadership
Participate in/host calibration sessions; support quality initiatives and projects
Conduct investigations/root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
Uphold quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements and HIPAA
Call Handling, Specialist Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
3+ years call quality audit experience (strongly preferred)
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written/verbal communication; strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
Remote work setup required: dedicated private workspace + hardwired high-speed internet (no WiFi/cellular/satellite)

Patient support program / hub experience
Adverse Event reporting & reconciliation experience
Bilingual Spanish
