OnPoint CX Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 sales agents in our Henderson office.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving results, developing talent, and building high-performing sales teams. You'll work directly with agents on the sales floor, providing coaching, call support, and real-time feedback while helping your team achieve and exceed sales goals.

As our company continues to expand, supervisors have the opportunity to grow their teams and earn additional expansion-based bonuses tied to team development and performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 8 sales agents
  • Monitor live and recorded calls and provide real-time coaching
  • Assist agents with objection handling and closing sales
  • Hold team members accountable for attendance, productivity, KPIs, and sales goals
  • Track daily and weekly team performance metrics
  • Identify coaching and training opportunities to improve results
  • Communicate team performance updates and recommendations to leadership
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and performance-driven team culture
  • Support future team growth and development initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Strong sales experience required
  • Previous leadership, floor lead, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable providing real-time feedback and support in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience using CRM systems, call center software, and multiple computer applications
  • Reliable, accountable, and results-driven mindset
  • Open availability required; schedules may vary based on business needs. Typical schedule is M-F 6:00AM-2:30PM
  • Ability to work in-office at our Henderson, NV location
