We're hiring a Call Center Representative to support credit union members nationwide. In this role, you'll answer calls, assist with questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
Responsibilities include: answering inbound calls, verifying information using internal systems, responding to chats and emails, explaining account features, making outbound follow-ups, and documenting interactions.
Qualifications: high school diploma or in progress, customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, organized, attentive to detail, comfortable with confidential info, basic MS Office skills, team-oriented.
