Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote

Medicaid Enrollment Services | Temp-to-Perm | Work from Home

 

We are actively hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support Medicaid enrollment and managed care services in a high-volume healthcare contact call center environment.

 

This fully remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong call center experience, excellent customer service skills, and fluency in both English and a designated secondary language. Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment while assisting individuals with healthcare enrollment, plan selection, account support, and general program education.

Pay Rates

$17.00/hour

  • Spanish

 

$18.00/hour

  • Russian; Mandarin; Cantonese; Hindi; Urdu; Bengali; Creole; Korean

 

Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak both English and their designated bilingual language fluently.

 

Work Schedule 

Candidates must be fully available for the following schedule requirements:

 

General Availability

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
  1. Some Saturday work is required

 

Post-training schedules require a minimum 4-day work week.

 

Post-Training Shift Options

Potential schedules may include:

  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

 

Candidates must be flexible to work assigned schedules.

 

Mandatory Full-Time Training

Training is required and attendance is mandatory.

 

Training Schedule

  • 4 consecutive weeks (30 days)
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST

 

Training cannot be missed. Candidates must be fully available and committed to completing the entire training period successfully.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls related to Medicaid enrollment services
  • Answering questions regarding healthcare plans and managed care options
  • Assist individuals with enrollment and disenrollment processes
  • Help customers select appropriate healthcare plans based on their needs
  • Provide accurate program information and education regarding benefits and services
  • Process and review enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Mail requested forms and information to clients
  • Escalate concerns and service issues to leadership when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
  • Support quality service standards and daily performance goals
  • Stay current on program policies, procedures, and updates
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • High-volume phone support experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working directly with the public required
  • Healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, or human services experience strongly preferred

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum required internet speed:

  • 25 Mbps download for single-user households
  • 50 Mbps download for shared households
  • 5 Mbps upload required
  • 10 Mbps upload preferred

 

Additional requirements:

  • Mobile hotspots cannot be used as the primary internet source
  • Wired internet connection strongly preferred

 

Additional Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete:

  • Minimum 35 WPM typing test
  • Basic computer skills assessment (minimum 70%)
