General Description:
- Healthcare background is REQUIRED
- (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)
- 1+ year customer service or direct consumer engagement experience
- CAC Certification required within the first month of employment
- Healthcare or Managed Care customer service experience is highly preferred and considered a strong requirement.
- Candidates must have strong inbound/outbound call handling and member support experience.
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, renewals, recertification, or healthcare member services is a major advantage.
